1. యెహోవా శరణుజొచ్చియున్నానుపక్షివలె, నీ కొండకు పారిపొమ్ము అని మీరు నాతో చెప్పుట యేల?

1. In the LORD I put my trust; how say ye to my soul, "Flee as a bird to your mountain,

2. దుష్టులు విల్లెక్కు పెట్టియున్నారుచీకటిలో యథార్థహృదయులమీద వేయుటకైతమ బాణములు నారియందు సంధించి యున్నారు

2. for lo, the wicked bend their bow and make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart;

3. పునాదులు పాడైపోగా నీతిమంతులేమి చేయగలరు?

3. if the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?"

4. యెహోవా తన పరిశుద్ధాలయములో ఉన్నాడుయెహోవా సింహాసనము ఆకాశమందున్నదిఆయన నరులను కన్నులార చూచుచున్నాడుతన కనుదృష్టిచేత ఆయన వారిని పరిశీలించుచున్నాడు.

4. The LORD is in His holy temple! The LORD'S throne is in heaven! His eyes behold; His eyelids test the children of men!

5. యెహోవా నీతిమంతులను పరిశీలించునుదుష్టులును బలాత్కారాసక్తులును ఆయనకు అసహ్యులు,


5. The LORD trieth the righteous; but the wicked and him that loveth violence, His soul hateth.

6. దుష్టులమీద ఆయన ఉరులు కురిపించును అగ్నిగంధకములును వడగాలియువారికి పానీయభాగమగును.

6. Upon the wicked He shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and a horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

7. యెహోవా నీతిమంతుడు, ఆయన నీతిని ప్రేమించు వాడుయథార్థవంతులు ఆయన ముఖదర్శనము చేసెదరు.

7. For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; His countenance doth behold the upright.
