Corinthians I - 1 కొరింథీయులకు 11
1. నేను క్రీస్తును పోలి నడుచుకొనుచున్న ప్రకారము మీరును నన్ను పోలి నడుచుకొనుడి.
1. Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
2. మీరు అన్ని విషయములలో నన్ను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుచు, నేను మీకు అప్పగించిన కట్టడలను గైకొను చున్నారని మిమ్మును మెచ్చుకొనుచున్నాను.
2. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things and keep the ordinances as I have delivered them to you.
3. ప్రతి పురుషునికి శిరస్సు క్రీస్తనియు, స్త్రీకి శిరస్సు పురుషు డనియు, క్రీస్తునకు శిరస్సు దేవుడనియు మీరు తెలిసి కొనవలెనని కోరుచున్నాను.
ఆదికాండము 3:16
3. But I would have you know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.
4. ఏ పురుషుడు తలమీదముసుకు వేసికొని ప్రార్థన చేయునో లేక ప్రవచించునో, ఆ పురుషుడు తన తలను అవమానపరచును.
4. Every man who prayeth or prophesieth, having his head covered, dishonoreth his head.
5. ఏ స్త్రీ తలమీద ముసుకు వేసికొనక ప్రార్థనచేయునో లేక ప్రవ చించునో, ఆ స్త్రీ తన తలను అవమానపరచును; ఏలయనగా అది ఆమెకు క్షౌరము చేయబడినట్టుగానే యుండును.
5. But every woman who prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoreth her head, for that is one and the same as if she were shaven.
6. స్త్రీ ముసుకు వేసికొననియెడల ఆమె తల వెండ్రుకలు కత్తిరించుకొనవలెను. కత్తిరించుకొనుటయైనను క్షౌరము చేయించు కొనుటయైనను స్త్రీ కవమానమైతే ఆమె ముసుకు వేసికొనవలెను.
6. For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn. But if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
7. పురుషుడైతే దేవుని పోలికయు మహిమయునై యున్నాడు గనుక తలమీద ముసుకు వేసికొనకూడదు గాని స్త్రీ పురుషుని మహిమయై యున్నది.

7. For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, inasmuch as he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of the man.
8. ఏలయనగా స్త్రీ పురుషునినుండి కలిగెనే గాని పురుషుడు స్త్రీనుండి కలుగలేదు.
ఆదికాండము 2:21-23
8. For the man is not of the woman, but the woman of the man.
9. మరియు స్త్రీ పురుషునికొరకే గాని పురుషుడు స్త్రీకొరకు సృష్టింప బడలేదు.
ఆదికాండము 2:18
9. Neither was the man created for the woman, but the woman for the man.
10. ఇందువలన దేవదూతలనుబట్టి అధికార సూచన స్త్రీకి తలమీద ఉండవలెను.
10. For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head, because of the angels.
11. అయితే ప్రభువునందు స్త్రీకి వేరుగా పురుషుడు లేడు పురుషునికి వేరుగా స్త్రీలేదు.
11. Nevertheless, neither is the man without the woman, nor the woman without the man, in the Lord.
12. స్త్రీ పురుషునినుండి ఏలాగు కలిగెనో ఆలాగే పురుషుడు స్త్రీ మూలముగా కలిగెను, గాని సమస్తమైనవి దేవునిమూలముగా కలిగియున్నవి.
12. For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things are of God.
13. మీలో మీరే యోచించుకొనుడి; స్త్రీ ముసుకులేనిదై దేవుని ప్రార్థించుట తగునా?
13. Judge for yourselves: Is it comely that a woman should pray unto God uncovered?
14. పురుషుడు తల వెండ్రుకలు పెంచుకొనుట అతనికి అవమానమని స్వభావసిద్ధముగా మీకు తోచును గదా?
14. Doth not even nature itself teach you that if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
15. స్త్రీకి తల వెండ్రుకలు పైటచెంగుగా ఇయ్యబడెను గనుక ఆమె తలవెండ్రుకలు పెంచుకొనుట ఆమెకు ఘనము.
15. But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her, for her hair is given her for a covering.
16. ఎవడైనను కలహప్రియుడుగా కనబడినయెడల మాలోనైనను దేవుని సంఘములోనైనను ఇట్టి ఆచారములేదని వాడు తెలిసికొనవలెను.
16. But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
17. మీకు ఈ యాజ్ఞను ఇచ్చుచు మిమ్మును మెచ్చుకొనను. మీరుకూడి వచ్చుట యెక్కువ కీడుకేగాని యెక్కువమేలుకు కాదు.
17. Now in this I declare unto you that I praise you not: that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.
18. మొదటి సంగతి యేమనగా, మీరు సంఘమందు కూడియున్నప్పుడు మీలో కక్షలు కలవని వినుచున్నాను. కొంతమట్టుకు ఇది నిజమని నమ్ముచున్నాను.
18. For first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there are divisions among you, and I partly believe it.
19. మీలో యోగ్యులైన వారెవరో కనబడునట్లు మీలో భిన్నాభిప్రాయము లుండక తప్పదు.
ద్వితియోపదేశకాండము 13:3
19. For there must be also heresies among you, that those who are approved may be made manifest among you.
20. మీరందరు కూడి వచ్చుచుండగా మీరు ప్రభువు రాత్రి భోజనము చేయుట సాధ్యము కాదు.
20. When ye therefore come together into one place, this is not to eat the Lord's Supper.
21. ఏలయనగా మీరు ఆ భోజనము చేయునప్పుడు ఒకనికంటె ఒకడు ముందుగా తనమట్టుకు తాను భోజనము చేయుచున్నాడు; ఇందువలన ఒకడు ఆకలిగొనును మరియొకడు మత్తుడవును.
21. For in eating, every one taketh his own supper ahead of another, and one is hungry and another is drunken.
22. ఇదేమి? అన్నపానములు పుచ్చుకొనుటకు మీకు ఇండ్లులేవా? దేవుని సంఘమును తిరస్కరించి పేదలను సిగ్గుపరచు దురా? మీతో ఏమి చెప్పుదును? దీనినిగూర్చి మిమ్మును మెచ్చుదునా? మెచ్చను.
22. What? Have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? Or despise ye the church of God, and shame those who have not? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you in this? I praise you not!
23. నేను మీకు అప్పగించిన దానిని ప్రభువువలన పొందితిని. ప్రభువైన యేసు తాను అప్పగింప బడిన రాత్రి యొక రొట్టెను ఎత్తికొని కృతజ్ఞ తాస్తుతులు చెల్లించి
23. For I have received from the Lord that which also I delivered unto you: that the Lord Jesus, the same night in which He was betrayed, took bread;
24. దానిని విరిచియిది మీకొరకైన నా శరీరము; నన్ను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుటకై దీనిని చేయుడని చెప్పెను.
24. and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me."
25. ఆ ప్రకారమే భోజనమైన పిమ్మట ఆయన పాత్రను ఎత్తికొనియీ పాత్ర నా రక్తమువలననైన క్రొత్తనిబంధన; మీరు దీనిలోనిది త్రాగునప్పుడెల్లనన్ను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుటకై దీనిని చేయుడని చెప్పెను.
నిర్గామకాండము 24:8, యిర్మియా 31:31, యిర్మియా 32:40, జెకర్యా 9:11
25. In the same manner also He took the cup when He had supped, saying, "This cup is the new testament in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me."
26. మీరు ఈ రొట్టెను తిని, యీ పాత్రలోనిది త్రాగు నప్పుడెల్ల ప్రభువు వచ్చువరకు ఆయన మరణమును ప్రచు రించుదురు.
26. For as often as ye eat this bread and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord's death until He come.
27. కాబట్టి యెవడు అయోగ్యముగా ప్రభువు యొక్క రొట్టెను తినునో, లేక ఆయన పాత్రలోనిది త్రాగునో, వాడు ప్రభువుయొక్క శరీరమును గూర్చియు రక్తమును గూర్చియు అపరాధియగును.
27. Therefore whosoever shall eat this bread and drink this cup of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
28. కాబట్టి ప్రతి మనుష్యుడు తన్ను తాను పరీక్షించుకొనవలెను; ఆలాగుచేసి ఆ రొట్టెను తిని, ఆ పాత్రలోనిది త్రాగవలెను.
28. But let a man examine himself, and then let him eat of that bread and drink of that cup.
29. ప్రభువు శరీరమని వివేచింపక తిని త్రాగువాడు తనకు శిక్షావిధి కలుగుటకే తిని త్రాగుచున్నాడు.
29. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
30. ఇందువలననే మీలో అనేకులు బలహీనులును రోగు లునై యున్నారు; చాలమంది నిద్రించుచున్నారు.
30. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
31. అయితే మనలను మనమే విమర్శించుకొనినయెడల తీర్పు పొందక పోదుము.
31. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32. మనము తీర్పు పొందినయెడల లోకముతోపాటు మనకు శిక్షావిధి కలుగకుండునట్లు ప్రభువుచేత శిక్షింపబడు చున్నాము.
32. But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
33. కాబట్టి నా సహోదరులారా, భోజనము చేయుటకు మీరు కూడి వచ్చునప్పుడు ఒకనికొరకు ఒకడు కనిపెట్టుకొని యుండుడి.
33. Therefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
34. మీరు కూడి వచ్చుట శిక్షావిధికి కారణము కాకుండునట్లు, ఎవడైనను ఆకలిగొనినయెడల తన యింటనే భోజనము చేయవలెను. నేను వచ్చినప్పుడు మిగిలిన సంగతులను క్రమపరతును.
34. And if any man hunger, let him eat at home, that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
1. నేను క్రీస్తును పోలి నడుచుకొనుచున్న ప్రకారము మీరును నన్ను పోలి నడుచుకొనుడి.
1. Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
2. మీరు అన్ని విషయములలో నన్ను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుచు, నేను మీకు అప్పగించిన కట్టడలను గైకొను చున్నారని మిమ్మును మెచ్చుకొనుచున్నాను.
